They turn up the music, get you motivated for a great 45 minute workout, and have friendly trainers. They have multiple times during the week, so you can go before or after work, or on the weekend. You get to see where you rank in the whole class on their board during class (if you so choose) and you get your personalized stats emailed to you right after class. I usually burn about 500 calories which is awesome!
